Erik Hatch

Erik Hatch loves his family and is deeply passionate about leadership and building businesses. He uses the real estate backdrop as the vehicle to deeply impact the world. With a background in ministry, Erik found his way to real estate as a part time agent in 2006. In 2011, Erik took the dive into real estate full time. Since that move, Erik and his team have sold over 6,500 homes.

Erik is the owner and CEO of his high producing real estate team (that sold 1,023 homes in 2021, making them the #35 mega team in the country - all based out of Fargo, ND. Fargo is the 219th largest metro in the US). Erik's team has often been the 'test dummies' for these ideas and models written about in The Blueprint. Erik's real estate team has been the top team in North Dakota for the last decade. Erik was a seasoned producer, personally selling over 400 homes in a short 3 year stint (2012-2014). Since grinding in production, Erik now works on the business and not in the business. His success has transcended his own production and is now owned by the hard working people of Hatch Realty brokered by Real.

Erik is also an owner and head coach of Hatch Coaching, which is helping the industry redefine how people treat people. Erik is recognized as a top 20 coach in the United States for Realtors.

Hatch Coaching has 4 legs to their stool: 1) Individual coaching that is highly customized. 2) Masterminds, events (virtual and in person), and group coaching. 3) Digital trainings and our marketplace full of products created to benefit Realtors. 4) Messaging and systems that put your lead follow up on auto-pilot.

 

Erik has built 2 non-profit movements that have raised over 5 million dollars to help serve kids and families in need. While working at the church, Erik and his congregation built a movement focused on walking a mile in the shoes of the least of these called Homeless & Hungry. This movement still lives on today! Additionally, Erik and his brother from another mother Nick Shivers built SellAHomeSaveAChild.org as a vehicle to empower Realtors and vendors to use their careers as a way to align with their calling from God.

Most recently, Erik has been putting a plethora of energy into Unseen (WeAreUnseen.org) to help fight human trafficking in its root causes. A servant leader to the core, Erik's desire is to be a chapter in as many books as possible. His first book, "Play for the person next to you," launched in September 2019.

Robby Trefethren is known as the Lead Geek for a reason. He has devoted the last 7 years to mastering the lead conversion game. He shares his thoughts within the Leads Geeks community, his coaching clients, our team, or anyone willing to listen. 

 

Robby started out in real estate as an ISA in 2013. In three years, he made over 100,000 calls, contacted 10,000+ leads, and set over 1,000 appointments. This led to nearly 500 closings for Hatch Realty which, at the time, was an enigma in the real estate industry. He has since merged his lead conversion skills and passion for learning to coach and train many of the top real estate teams in the country. Robby is the brains behind the Hatch ISA, Hatch Systems and Messaging.  These products are used by over 400 real estate teams around the country, including some of the biggest names like Robert Slack, Gary Ashton, Mike Novak and Hatch Realty.

Robby is also an owner and coach of Hatch Coaching, which is helping the industry redefine how people treat people. Robby is recognized as the most sought after and trusted authority in lead conversion.

Robby lives in Fargo with his amazing wife, Lauren, and three incredible kids.
